Artwork description
Beautiful pastel colours in this piece make it a really summery set of images. I love the colours of summer at the beach where the beach, the sky and the sea all contribute hues that harmonise and contrast gently with one another. I find the work of Seurat particularly inspiring; his colours appear to blend but actually sit side by side to create new tones.
Made on the Isle of Skye, this is a photograph using advanced techniques to create soft blurring, no hard edges, just like a lovely dream or memory.
Each print is 20 x 30 inches plus a white border for handling. If hung with a 2 inches gap this would fill a space of 42 x 30 inches.
Also available at panel sizes 30 x 45 inches and 40 x 50 inches on request.
About My Work
Giclée printed on beautiful Canson Aquarelle Paper which has a lovely watercolour texture. The paper is pure white which works incredibly well with this type of image where the colours harmonise and dance off the page.
Printed in high resolution here in my studio on my professional printer. The colours are even more beautiful than shown in the example images.
