This extra large original abstract painting is a magnificent, sweeping statement piece, ideal for expansive living or commercial spaces. This oversized contemporary piece is defined by its strong gestural expression and an impressive, passionate palette of deep reds, rich burgundy, and dramatic whites, recalling the force of the Abstract Expressionist masters. The title comes directly from one of my favorite Chicago songs, which inspired the energy and powerful, swinging feeling of this massive piece.

The composition is dynamic and full of movement, characterized by broad, sweeping brushstrokes that create a powerful sense of rhythm and energy. Dark accents anchor the passionate red fields, while streaks of white create intense visual speed. The artwork is ready to hang immediately and uniquely: it is shipped rolled in a tube and features silver metal grommets along the top edge (approx. every 50 cm), allowing it to be hung flat against the wall without the need for traditional stretching or framing.

"25 or 6 to 4" is created using acrylic and mixed media on canvas. The dimensions are 195 cm high x 210 cm wide. Should the collector choose to have it professionally stretched onto wooden bars, the size will reduce slightly (approx. 10 cm in height and width).
