“Passion is the genesis of genius.” ― Galileo Galilei

Ephemera and graffiti are meant to exist or enjoyed for a short period of times. I am interested in using the format of a painting to preserve whatever is contained in "the square'', to represent imagery, scribbles or scrawls ideas brought from the streets to my canvas and later onto your walls.

It’s my own special way of capturing portions of the space/time continuum ;)

The structure given by too many thick layers of acrylics and magazine cut-out give this artwork older works’ cover up aspect. Some messages are hidden; some are more obvious…. This artwork makes a great statement piece.

This piece is part of my ongoing collection “Timeless”.

Materials used:

Acrylic, Papercuts, oil pastels

1564 (Large Scale Painting) (2016)
