My love of drawing, painting and creating images is a thread weaving through my time in architecture, then set design for film and TV . As I began to concentrate on painting for other designers in film, interiors and private clients I had the space to develop my own personal paintings. The work continues to be eclectic ranging from portraits to landscapes and still life , often with a narrative as a starting point .My  Sketchbooks continue to be important and are a constant source of inspiration and pleasure providing opportunities to play with images, materials and techniques .
