About Sandra Burnett
Biography
I grew up in logging camps in Idaho and Montana. At an early age I began sketching the wildlife and flowers that were ever present. In those days there wasn't a piece of paper or cardboard in the house that didn't have a picture drawn on it. Christmas was especially fun because of all the cardboard and packaging that I could use for my art work. After moving to Washington State I continued to draw and paint and for the last four decades have mainly painted with oils painting still life wildlife and landscapes. I am currently a member of ARTrails of Southwest Washington, which is in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, a paradise for artists of all types.
