Paola Vignola, born in ITaly, I leave in Spain since my childhood. Multidisciplinary and hyperactive. My style is a combination of my past as a furniture restorer, decorator, and fashion designer. My focus is on contemporary reactivation of historical images and their surface wear,using my restoration skills as a metaphor: fragmentation, repair, and crate new textures that imbue figures from our cultural past with a contemporary identity. Moving towards figurative-abstraction with brushstrokes of street art . And there is a small serie of exotic and imaginary faces, inspired in my travels to different countries
