Biography
Painting is for me a way of expression. A kind of a language, that only a few understand.
I scribbled a lot in the school, the teachers weren't amused. Later I started to sketch my class mates and also the teachers.
There was always an interest in animals, later this changes into becoming a birdwatcher/ornithologist. So I started to sketch birds, wich wasn't easy, because of the distance und the their movement. After years of sketching and painting birds, my interests changed into landscapes. Landscapes don't move, can't fly away or attack you.
After painting a long time with ink and watercolor, I changed to oils. This changed my style.
