NOAPS is dedicated to exhibiting excellent works of fine art which promote the artist’s artistic ability, vision and creativity within the traditional art forms of oil and acrylic painting.

Artists from around the world were called to submit their work. There were 169 accepted entries and they came from 22 different states in the USA, as well as 18 other locations: Belarus, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. A variety of styles and mediums were entered, including but not limited to acrylic, alcohol ink, colored pencil, digital, linocut, mixed media, oil, pastel, pen and ink, photography, plastic, scratchboard, spray paint, tempera, and watercolor.

Artists from around the world were called to submit their work. There were 159 accepted entries and they came from 12 different states in the USA, as well as 11 other locations: Canada, China, Cyprus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. A variety of styles and mediums were entered, including but not limited to acrylic, colored pencil, egg tempera, gouache, ink, mixed media, oil, pastel, pencil, photography, and watercolor. The judging criterion was originality, interpretation, quality, demonstration of ability, and usage of medium.

Biography
Professional painter.
In my work I develop in two directions: these are light, almost airy paintings, painted with thin layers of oil paint, and the opposite - colorful, pastel works. But they are all united by a powerful bright message to the open world as if they want to change everything around them with their life-giving impulse!
My creative mission is to transfer the energy of Beauty, Life, and Creation from the canvas to the surrounding space. I want people to never stop experiencing joy and delight at what they see, I want to encourage them to show their feelings!
