I am a Fine Art painter specialising in Venice,landscapes,people ,still life.  I enjoy painting subjects that have an air of mystery leaving the interpration to each viewer to imagine the scene.  I particularly like painting Venice with all it's moods and finding silent little canals.  Among the artists I admire and get inspiration from are Andrew Wyeth, David Tindle, Caravaggio and Vermeer. I enjoy painting so much as there is always something exciting to paint and develop and for the viewer to feel the same excitement as I do about the subject.
