About Lennard Dorka

I was born in 1996 in a small city in northern Germany. Already in my early childhood I was interested in a diversity of arts and photography – and I’ve always liked to be different in what I was doing. In 2017 I started a degree in visual communication at the institute of design in Hamburg which I then continued since April 2019 at the htk Hamburg. I discovered my passion for painting in 2019. With my first sold art pieces I felt that I was providing value. Where I get my inspiration? Well, to be honest, I get my ideas and inspiration from a large variety of things and nothing specific. Actually, either everything or nothing can be inspirational to me. I especially collect different impressions on my travels which I am also passionate about, from different kind of music from the last centuries, aesthetical nonsense and lots of other artists. As I mentioned, I like everything that is not normal, crazy and wild, in the brightest, darkest, most unique and different colors and this is also what I would like to convey and tell you with my conspicuous artwork. In every single piece I put as much effort, affection and feels as I can in order to create the perfect composition.
