Biography
I am a contemporary painter exploring memory, transformation, and the emotional spaces shaped by human experience.
My ongoing body of work, The Geometry of Silence, investigates how people navigate change, loss, uncertainty, and renewal. Through minimalist compositions and carefully reduced forms, I create quiet environments that exist between memory and imagination.
Recurring elements such as doorways, staircases, moons, and fragmented architectural structures appear throughout my work. These are not depictions of physical places, but visual metaphors for personal journeys, inner reflection, and the process of moving forward through life's transitions.
I am interested in what remains after change. Relationships may end, identities may shift, and familiar structures may disappear, yet something essential continues. Through restraint, space, and silence, I seek to create paintings that invite contemplation and allow viewers to bring their own experiences into the work.
Working primarily in oil, I continue to develop a visual language that transforms fragmentation into a metaphor for growth, resilience, and possibility.
