Biography
I am a French artist and have been living in Germany for seven years. I have always been creative (writing, drawing...) and in 2016 my first novel, Le Carrousel, got published in France. Two years later, I turned to art as a means of expression.
I work with two main techniques: collage and acrylic painting.
My collages are reconstructions of landscapes from hundreds of small magazines that I carefully cut out and paste onto canvas. The assembled work conveys an original, poetic and fascinating effect. Thanks to this technique, I deconstruct realities to build imaginary worlds. I immerse myself in nature - my greatest source of inspiration - to bring magical landscapes to life.
My acrylic paintings are primarily abstract paintings created using the innovative Acrylic Pouring technique. They testify to a search for aesthetics and explore the fusion relationship between color and movement. I benefit from the freedom and latitude this fluid technique offers to illustrate movement, in paintings that often resemble a seascape or skyscape.
I believe art has the power to make the world a better place, either by supporting a good cause or simply bringing joy into someone's life. I am committed to women's rights and racial justice, especially through the creation of "charity collage artworks" that allow me to donate money to non-profit organizations.
