I truly love this wonderful journey, my painting journey, and I kindly invite you to join me in this lovely adventure.
Cristina Mihailescu is an award-winning painter based in the United States whose works explore themes relating to love, emotion, magic, and the fact that dreams really do come true. Painting in an impressionistic style she endeavors to capture the magic of a landscape, the mystery of a still life, and the beauty of a human face. She creates using different mediums as acrylics, oils or watercolors with loose, happy, and energetic brush strokes.
Most of her artworks are bold and colorful and she likes to flow the composition with light and mood. The artist is constantly overwhelmed by the simple beauty and uniqueness of everyday life and she really wants her paintings to create an emotional impact, inviting people into her optimistic world, far away from everyday worries.
