Summertime sunrises and glowing waters was my main inspiration for 'Zora', after almost 4 months in isolation I have found my self dreaming of sunkissed shores, sandy beaches and the sound of waves rolling into the shore. Pinks have never really been my thing, They have to be the perfect shade not too bright not too muted, somewhere unbetween. This is what I was searching for with 'Zora'. I wanted to dip my toes in a new direction with my work and I am delighted I did, because she may just be my favourite painting to date.
