Original artwork description
Ever since painting a telephone box in a London street scene, a friend suggested I painted something similar with the police box from Dr Who, so that was the inspiration for this oil painting. I added in a black taxi cab and Big Ben to set the scene as London.
This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The painting is provided in a complimentary handmade wooden frame which is painted white and fitted with picture wire, ready to hang. The painting is signed on the front and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.
The painting measures 16 (H) x 16 (W) inches (approx. 40 x 40 cm).
All paintings are professionally wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are shipped with tracking and insurance.
