Yin And Yang (2022)Clay sculpture

The artwork "Yin And Yang" has been hand thrown with a combination of black and white porcelain.
I make the black porcelain myself from my own recipe, and then I combine it on the potter's wheel with fine, white porcelain clay from France.
After biscuit firing my work at 980 degrees, I glazed the inside of the artwork "Yin and Yang" with my self-made transparent glaze and fired it again at 1240 degrees.
After that I polished the porcelain vessel with diamond sandpaper after which the surface of the outside gets soft and smooth like a baby's bottom.
