Early evening in New York all the lights are on. Taxi driver is On Duty and ready for pick up.
My intention is to bring together reality and imaginary using the cityscape of New York, capturing the spontaneity and deep sense of mystery.
The artwork has many layers and texture, and it is painted on 1,7” gallery wrap canvas. The piece is signed on the lower right, and finished with a gloss varnish, the sides are painted.
