" You are my Universe" artwork from series “ Light Between Days”
This painting presents the human body as a place of refuge — a personal home where one can retreat from the noise and pressure of the external world. The naked figure, curled into a closed, protective posture, transforms the body into both shelter and boundary, suggesting a space where vulnerability and safety coexist.
The absence of facial features universalizes the image, allowing the figure to represent anyone who seeks protection within themselves. The body becomes a self-contained universe: fragile, intimate, yet complete. It is here, within this inner space, that a person gathers strength, listens to their own inner voice, and prepares for decisive moments of change.
