Artwork description
This image is inspired by the view from my studio window, during the last days of winter in the central Kootenay region of British Columbia. You can see the snow has left the hillsides already but still clings to some of the lower sections of the woodland and house roof tops.
This is a very small edition, with only five available.
It is an eight-colour limited-edition reduction linocut, carved and printed by hand from a single block, each colour printed individually.
Each print in this edition is unique; minor variations are possible and are the result of the process by which it’s made. Colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor.
Each print bears the number within the edition and the artist’s signature.
