Winter is undoubtedly harsh, but within its darkness often lies the most beautiful light. This painting is based on a chance gap in the sky that I witnessed on a walk, with an imagined winter landscape below.

The piece is painted using exceptional quality Old Holland and Winsor and Newton Artists' series oil paints and mediums with the highest ratings of permanence and light-fastness. It measures 20 cm by 40 cm and is painted on a fully-archival and acid free stretched canvas by the Italian canvas makers, Belle Arti.

The painting will be packaged following best-practice guidelines and despatched by signed for and fully tracked courier. The painting is signed on the reverse and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Outside of the UK and America there may be local duty / tax, if so this is payable by the buyer prior to delivery - the postal service/courier for your country will request payment if any is due.
