Original artwork description
My friend Greg took a video of an aeroplane show held in Biggin Hill in Kent. The aeroplanes flown were 1937 Speermans. I was particularly impressed by the two ladies 'wing-walking' during the show. How they were able to undertake acrobatics, harnessed to the top of the aeroplanes, I will never know - I'm sure I couldn't do that!
This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on board. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour pigment, accentuate brush strokes and ensure the painting will last a lifetime. The painting has been signed and is sold in a handmade wooden frame, ready to hang.
The painting measures 18" x 14" (45.72 x 35.56 cm).
