White Horse Hares - Original handmade 8 layer, 14 colour reduction lino print of a two fighting hares in a wildflower meadow with The Kilburn White Horse in the background. Not a digital print but a completely Handmade and hand printed individual piece of original artwork on Massa Japanese printmakers paper made with quality Cranfield Caligo Safewash water based inks using a Sizzix Big Shot Pro craft printing press. Each of the 9 colour layers has been printed from the same block over a period of around a month as each layer dries and the block is carefully cut away and the next colour is printed. From a limited series of 28 prints each is individually hand made and has differing variations in tone and each is a unique piece of art.
