When I painted this piece, I was watching the sunset by the sea. I was struck by the contrast of that moment — the sun almost gone, yet its last rays still shimmering across the sky and the water, tinting the clouds with warm hues. I wanted to capture that harmony of light and silence, that quiet breath of nature. Whisper of the Waves is my way of preserving the moment when the day gently says goodbye to the ocean.
