Artwork description
This larger version of a previous print was made as a commission for a friend who was missing a family member that was many miles away. Both this and the original lithograph are based on the planes that fly over where I live on their way to land at Heathrow. This version is roughly A4 in size, and differs from the original in that it is a monoprint and lithograph without the image transfer, so has a sharper more wintry feel to it.
It is a small variable edition of 3 printed with oil based ink onto 300gsm Somerset paper.
The image is 20.5 x 29 cm.
All artworks posted within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed which (usually!) arrives the next day after dispatch before 1pm.
Artworks sent to Europe and beyond are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, and usually arrive within a week of dispatch. The price for Global Shipping is set to cater for different sizes and weights of artworks; I always refund the customer the excess amount if the actual cost when I get to the Post Office works out cheaper. International shipments may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country, payable by the customer on receipt.
