Echos of 'E lucevan le stelle' (When the stars were brightly shining ...) were going through my mind while painting this watercolor. I hope I managed to convey some of that feeling and it will resonate with you.
The painting comes without a frame(for practical reasons such as keeping shipping costs low and reducing the risk of glass breaking) but it would require framing behind glass.
