The artist was inspired to create this painting by the title of the Polish film "Room with a Sea View" from 1977. The film shows on the screen a dramatic action to save a man trying to commit suicide, an argument between two psychiatrists who disagree on the extent of the interference with human freedom and personality. Any possible connection between the content of the film and the depiction of the painting is purely coincidental and, as written above, depends on the viewer - the artist was merely inspired by the title.
