Oil painting i(varnished) in a white frame. My older sister lives ion the island of Barra in the Outer Hebrides, a chain of Islands off the west coast of Scotland. I spent many holidays on the Barra i(such a beautiful island) in my younger days and have visited several times with my family. This painting is by way of a memory of the islands rather than a precise view.
