West Wittering, a 'plein air' oil sketch.
Sitting behind the sand dunes on a windswept summers day, at Snow Hill Creek, East Head. Clouds shifting across the low lying land, as the tide receeds, exposing the edges of the reed beds in the foreground. Greens and blues blend towards the horizon, with the sun turning the distant deep sea a stunning blue/green teal.
Painted in professional artists oil paint on a stretched canvas.
