This large landscape is painted using thick red, yellow and amethyst tones and has lots of sinewy lines which weave in and around each-other. There is the suggestion of trees and a lake in the background and red flowers in the foreground, A leopard sits up a tree leisurely switching her tail back and forth as she weaves a spell. The environment made her and she is enchanting it. This is another in a series of big cat paintings where I am painting a space for my cat to live. They can disappear deeper into their new world whenever they wish. Painted on deep edge canvas - edges white, no frame needed.
