This is a gouache painting created in an abstracted manner. It is inspired by sea waves.
It is a continuation of my series Sea Waves which contains black ink and coloured ink drawings.
The painting has a strong emphasis on colour and pattern.
It is painted with gouache colours, which are my favourite, because gouache colours are natural with intensive pigments. Colours from different layers mix with each other creating colour shades, which are not completely predictable and that is the magic of gouache technique.
It is painted on quality thick watercolour paper.
