This painting combines abstract expressionism and impressionism with flower themes. Water lilies are painted with my signature textured style, which I refer to as "Paintillism" since it's a combination of pointillism and thick impasto that rises from the canvas to create a unique focal point. The technique is done over a mixed media background with high-gloss enamel paints in blue, gold, copper, black, and white to represent the flow of water and reflections on the surface.
