Walking in the Lake District has been a huge pleasure over the past twenty years. I don't paint it very often but have finally got round to trying to capture the mood and wintry colours of Wastwater. The famous Yewbarrow and Great Gable at the head of the lake, with the dried grasses and reeds in the foreground.

Acrylic on upcycled canvas, varnished, sides painted grey, strung on the back and ready to hang.

50cm x 40cm x 3.5cm deep edge canvas.

Signed on the back and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Please let me know if you'd like it signed on the front too.
