Original artwork description:

This painting is called "Wash Day Blues." It shows a woman inside a washing machine, with her legs dangling out of the porthole. The woman looks unhappy and frustrated, as white foam ejected from the washing machine overflows behind her legs. It's a domestic scene that many of us can relate to - who hasn't had a bad day doing laundry? - but it also has a touch of the surreal. Perhaps the woman is trying to wash away her troubles, or maybe she's just stuck in a boring, everyday routine. Either way, this painting is sure to bring a smile to your face.
