Warmness was inspired by memories of Highland wanders on warm autumn days. The intent was to capture some of the magical atmosphere and colours of the Highlands in autumn but with a slightly otherworldly feel. It's one of a series of atmospheric watercolours triggered by Ultravox music and by places I've lived, loved, wandered around, explored or passed through on some level. Special places where one can find peace and tranquillity as well as inspiration and energy to feed the soul.
