This artwork is a new published in the new Dot Art series.
It was created by coloring n.520 (20x26) small wooden discs 2.50 cm in diameter each

This artwork is a fascinating dialogue between classic pointillism and contemporary pixel art. Through the skillful use of small painted wooden discs, arranged in a regular grid, the artist manages to evoke an iconic figure.
The painting's strength lies in the contrast between its materiality, where the organic texture and wood grain warm the composition, and its perception.
