The original oil painting is from my local forest in rural France, as the warm sunlight filtered through the trees. It was painted during Covid lockdowns, when travel was limited. I was very fortunate to have so much nature around me.

The painting is made on Italian canvasboard (canvas attached to a rigid MDF support) using professional quality oil paints.

Materials used:

Oil paints (Rembrandt, Old Holland, Winsor & Newton, Gamblin, lefranc & bourgeois)
