My inspiration stems from a philosophy that views our environment as a continuously changing gallery. I select those fleeting moments where destruction reaches a point of perfect aesthetic equilibrium.
Photography allows me to freeze and isolate this ephemeral moment where atmospheric forces—rain, frost, and sun—create a work of art. The style is deliberately minimalist (horizontal banding) and abstract (lack of context) to focus the viewer's attention solely on the relationship between color and texture.
The process of the paint peeling acts as a painter’s tool, bringing forth a new, unique palette and relief from beneath the surface.
