On Arches 300 gsm archival paper , this piece was painted on location at Mindrolling monastery near Dehradun, India.
Using Japanese and Korean watercolours, the artwork showing portal to the buddhist monastery is painted in my minimalist visual approach. Lot of pristine white paper is left untouched to enhance the vibrancy ad spiritual vibes of the painting.
