Only my lovers show their true feelings and they all come from my imagination, my feelings my memories, some good some not so good but I try to focus on the good ones, a dance I remember, a hug after a long time apart or to hold someone very dear to me.

I love it that I can be bold and experiment with the colours the form the mannerism and be free of all inhibitions, I want them to look comfortable with lots of pleasing curves, ageless, of indeterminate origin or nationality, but above all at ease with themselves

I love painting women, my women are all beautiful, women don’t need faces or clothes to portray beauty. My women come in all shapes and sizes they could be from anywhere in the world. Beauty is a feeling, a glow inside that radiates out, I try to capture that glow with every brush or knife stroke. I wanted Waiting to look comfortable with lots of pleasing curves, a young attractive woman, exquisite but above all at ease with herself.

I have sent my work to over 28 countries and to some great landmarks such as Berkeley Square in London’s Mayfair, 5th Ave New York, Malibu beach in California and from Washington to LA, Hong Kong, Monaco and Singapore, in fact, one of my best collectors is in Amsterdam which is not short of great artist or galleries, I’m very proud of that.
