Voile — Neutral Abstract Diptych (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Kseniia Turik

100 x 150 x 3cm (unframed)

£3,886.88

Voile is what remains when everything loud has fallen away. A veil of stone and light, suspended — two vertical panels that read as one continuous fall.
The surface moves downward like water remembering it was once still. Pearl and ivory drift into oxidised silver, metallic shimmer and soft bronze, flowing through the relief in long vertical currents and gathering into pale pools at the base. Nothing here is painted to be noticed. It is painted to be present.
This is a textured abstract painting built by hand in many layers — acrylic and lacquer on canvas, with no resin. Conceived as a diptych and sold only as a pair: two vertical panels, each 150 × 50 cm, together forming a single composition of 150 × 100 cm. The finish is matte and tactile, not glossy: it absorbs the light of the room rather than reflecting it, so the work shifts quietly from morning to evening without ever shouting. The relief is physical — ridges, veils and fine sediment you can read with the eye and almost feel.
Made for interiors with calm architecture, neutral materials and space to breathe — contemporary minimalist homes, stone, plaster, warm light.
Hand-signed on the front, branded brass plaque on the side edge, Certificate of Authenticity included. Original one-of-a-kind work. No prints.
Not decoration. Presence.
