This figurative sculpture has been created from one whole 12" vinyl music record (Chris Harwood, 'Nice To Meet Miss Christine'), and mounted upon a 24 x 12 x 3cm clear acrylic base with unpolished edges. The liquid-like form has been created using various heat sources. The modern materials maintain a fine art aesthetic.
The sculptures are caught in states of movement, dance and musing. Function becomes form.
