Framed Original Acrylic Painting

This original acrylic painting is on artists board. In this new series of paintings, I extend the picture area to cover the whole frame, thus including it in the compositional considerations of the painting.
The painting is varnished with layers of silk varnish for protection and a gentle sheen. The painting is framed in a wooden frame that has been painted as described above and is fitted with hanging fixtures making it completely ready to hang or give as a gift.
