Original artwork description
My third artwork with apple trees after the Camino de Santiago.
I think these will be my last apple trees this year.
In September 2025 I walked the Northern Camino de Santiago, a distance of 830 km, which took me 35 days.
Along the entire way I admired wild landscapes and autumn gardens full of ripe fruit.
The north of Spain is abundant with apple trees, and they became my favorites this summer!
After finishing the Camino, I found myself in a long period of stillness that lasted almost a month. It was an unexpected state.
At some point, I gathered my strength and decided it was time to return to life.
My first new work was an apple tree, and now this is my third.
While painting them, I recalled my journey,
I thanked the world for its beauty, and I thanked myself for having the courage to embark on such an adventure.
This landscape is created on hi-tech paper, and when framing it, it is recommended to add a passe-partout in tones that match the colors in the artwork.
Some of the apple tree branches are covered with gold paint, and they shimmer beautifully from different angles of light.
