I have been inspired to paint a series of landscapes of the Hereford countryside, where I was born and lived for 7 years in Moreton-on-Lugg. This is from a series "wet on wet" oil paintings of the views from an area in Herefordshire called Symonds Yat - paintings of the River Wye and surrounding countryside, looking down from Symonds Yat and throughout a Year's seasonal changes
I have been struck by the sheer array of colours that Nature herself creates and mixes. I hope you too will be struck by the beauty and variety of these colours.
