It has been awhile since I’ve done a French Riviera Street Scene. But it’s also been awhile since I’ve done a “Window View”! Conundrum! So I decided to combine the two subjects, et…. Voila!!! This Happy piece depicts my version of the scene along the port of Villefranche Sur Mer; a charming little town next door to Nice. Viewing it as if through a window across the bay, brings an intimacy to the colorful scene! This canvas is painted around the edges so it can be hung, unframed if preferred.
