Abstract Impressionist meadow painting, 75x75cm, unframed and ready to hang.
Early morning in the autumn is a magical time if the weather is fine here in my corner of Kent. Colours move from greys to mauves in this atmospheric painting.
I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.I have tried to inject as much colour, warmth and vibrancy as I can onto this canvas, which has many many layers of paint to give depth and texture to the painting.
This 75x75cm painting is unframed. It has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
