This artwork presents a striking figure in a black hooded jacket, exuding mystery and confidence. The subject stands with hands in pockets, partially obscured face adding intrigue. Set against a muted, abstract background, the composition contrasts the figure’s dark attire with subtle hints of a classic car, blending modernity with nostalgia. The meticulous detailing of the fabric highlights the artist's skill in capturing texture and light. The piece explores themes of identity and anonymity, balancing realism and abstraction, while inviting viewers to ponder the hidden narrative and the tension between boldness and concealment. The artwork is done in mixed media. For texture before painting, a layer of textured paste with small glass particles is applied and then sanded for smoothness. Dutch acrylic paints from Amsterdam and Italian fine-grained cotton canvas by Unico were used in the work. Finish - satin varnish. The edges are painted in the background color. Additional framing is not required. I called this series "Life in Avatar." This artwork is signed on the front and back and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
