Original artwork description:

"Unicorn and Eden Apple”
"When you first meet a smart, talented person, you think that he will be yours entirely. In any case, we really hope so in our hearts. But what if your chosen one, having once tasted from the Tree of Knowledge, couldn’t be able to stop?
In ancient times, the Unicorn was represented as a mythical creature symbolizing quest, chastity and spiritual purity in all its manifestations. The unicorn was described as a horse with a horn in its forehead. Nowadays, the legends of antiquity have faded and, in a sense, have lost their power and meaning. But the symbol of the one-horned horse has come to life in our days with new content. Most often, we call innovative companies the Unicorn, but I personally like to see incorrigible dreamers, visionaries and inventors behind this word, such as my uncle Aleksey was. I dedicate this small series of works to his memory."
Drawing is from the series of works "What’s up, Bunny?" created between 2021 and 2022. This collection reveals the author's desire to tell common human stories, to convey different psychological states and moods through recognizable images, and to look at one's life problems and experiences with a smile.
This is a one-of-a-kind drawing made by me in gouache and colored pencils on high quality paper. The image is signed by hand on the front side. Not framed.
