ABOUT THE ART WORK
The painting reveals a vibrant, almost fairytale-like world of an underwater reef, where sunlight, filtering through the water, disperses into soft golden streaks. They illuminate the corals as if crafted from precious stones: purple branches, fiery red cups, turquoise and emerald plates form a living labyrinth of shapes and shades.
Shoals of fish glide among the corals, like moving flashes of color. Blue, lemon yellow, striped and spotted, they create a sense of endless movement. Their fins tremble in the water, reflecting the light as if each fish carries a tiny spark. Some, large and majestic, gracefully soar between coral columns; others, tiny and nimble, like shimmering dots, flicker in the shadows of the reef.
