This iridescent and bold action painting is from an ongoing series called "Faces of Nature" which are works inspired by nature and for this work - Under the Aurora . It is done in one of my signature styles I call "drizzles" which are layered over a complex background of yellow and silver purple. The work has a glossy finish provided by protective UV sealer for color fastness and lovely color depth.
